This form is for WCBC members to report issues/concerns regarding boat club activities or other members. The responses to this form will be viewed and discussed by the WCBC Inclusivity and Welfare Officers (Sydney Reis & David Maxen), and if necessary, the Boat Club President (Joseph Cary). The form remains anonymous to the said roles unless you wish to provide your contact information. 

 

If you have a concern that may be outside of the scope of the WCBC, we advise contacting the college welfare services at welfare@wolfson.ox.ac.uk or academic.support@stx.ox.ac.uk. All information reported in this form will be kept confidential between the Welfare Officers, with the exception of cases where we are concerned about your safety or the safety of others.
